HouseShobha is not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from property transactions.

05. No Brokerage or Commission

HouseShobha does not charge any brokerage or commission for property transactions. Any financial agreement or deal finalized is strictly between the buyer and the seller.

06. Payments & Loan Services

Any loan assistance or payment services are handled by third-party providers. HouseShobha is not responsible for loan approvals, rejections, or processing delays. Users must review third-party terms before proceeding.

07. Intellectual Property

All content on HouseShobha, including logos, text, images, and app design, is the intellectual property of HouseShobha and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

08. Account Suspension or Termination
