How to Request Data Deletion

Include your registered mobile number or email ID used on HouseShobha.

Our team will verify your request and process it within 7 working days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon successful verification, the following information will be permanently removed:

Account details (Name, Phone, Email)
Saved properties & preferences
Chat history & Inquiries
Profile photos & uploaded documents
Location history (if any)
App usage statistics

Data Retention

Please note that certain data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes in accordance with Indian laws.
